Boyapati Srinu Weighs Options For Next Big Film

Boyapati Srinu’s Bollywood entry plans are currently uncertain. After completing Akhanda 2, he reportedly narrated a story to Ranveer Singh and the project was close to taking off.

However the big success of Dhurandhar changed Ranveer’s film lineup and budgets, forcing him to put Boyapati’s project on hold.

Later, Boyapati held discussions with Rana Daggubati for a Pan-India film but that project also did not move forward. Now, Mythri Movie Makers is reportedly trying to bring him on board to direct Jaat 2.

After the success of Jaat the makers announced a sequel with Sunny Deol returning. Producers believe Boyapati’s mass style suits the film.

However, the director is still deciding whether to take it up or make his own movie.
